In December last year, Valentina Pakulina had a kind meeting with the activists of the veteran movement of workers of the former 3rd Sawmill.
Dmitry Gvozdev, Director General of Region-Forest, attended that meeting. Taking this opportunity, the writer asked for assistance in an additional edition of her author’s book “Always Forward!”, Which was released in a very small edition.
The demand for such literature is high in our time. Museums, libraries, schools literally “lined up” for the publication. There aren’t enough books for everyone.
Today, in the premises of the Council of Veterans, Valentina Pakulina handed over fresh copies, still smelling of printing ink, to people who were not indifferent. Both in word and deed they supported the social activist.
The reissue was released in a circulation of 200 copies and is already flying at lightning speed in our region. By the way, other philanthropists also joined in to help.
This book has become a kind of link between the generation of the 20th century and today’s youth, who should know their history and cherish it.
Today, Valentina Pakulina went with a circulation to the walls of her native school No. 95.
