Form No. 57-T

Once every two years, organizations included in Rosstat’s statistical observation sample for the current year must submit an electronic report in form No. 57-T “Information on wages of employees by profession and position” for October.

In 2023, Form No. 57-T was approved by Rosstat order No. 360 dated July 31, 2023 and includes a Title page and sections:

Please note that when filling out Section 2, personal data of employees is not recorded and is sent to the territorial bodies of Rosstat anonymized.

If an organization is included in the statistical sample, information for October 2023 must be submitted to the territorial body of Rosstat at the place of activity of the organization (separate division) from November 1 to November 30, 2023. If an organization has separate divisions included in the sample, the report must be completed for the organization and for each separate division separately.

If an organization, in the presence of an observed phenomenon, does not provide or submits a report untimely, it will be held administratively liable (Article 13.19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). This provision for failure to submit statistical reports provides for the imposition of fines in the following amounts:

Starting with versions 3.1.27.111 and 3.1.28.11 in the program “1C: Salaries and Personnel Management 8” ed. 3, automatic filling of Form No. 57-T “Information on wages of employees by profession and position” was implemented for October 2023according to Order of Rosstat dated July 31, 2023 No. 360.

You can prepare Form No. 57-T in the 1C program using the service 1C-Reporting(chapter Reporting, certificates – 1C-Reporting). To do this, click the button Create you need to select a report Statistics: Form 57-T in folder Statistics (Fig. 1).

After selecting the organization and reporting period, the Information on wages of employees by profession and position for October 2023 (Fig. 2).

Form No. 57-T contains a Title Page (Fig. 2) and two sections. DTo generate information on Title pageflag setting supported Exclude data from separate divisionsas well as choice Separate division (Fig. 2).

To fill out the report correctly, you need to check the data in the card Organization(separate division) and Employee (gender), as well as codes according to OKPDTR and OKZ in the card Labor function (chapter Settings).

If previously on the card Labor function codes for OKPDTR and OKZ were filled in, then a new section Codes for statistical reporting It is not necessary to fill in (Fig. 3). The codes for OKPDTR and OKZ in the new section are based on the electronic version of the manual for coding the professions of workers and positions of employees from Rosstat, which are updated before submitting statistical forms: Form No. 1 and No. 57-T. They may differ from the codes given in the all-Russian classifier.

To correctly reflect the quarterly bonus on the card Accruals on the tab Basics you must select the purpose of the accrual Quarterly bonus. Also for employee rewards in the card Accrualsyou need to indicate the payment in the field In form 57-T(tab Taxes, contributions, accounting).

To prevent accidental filling Section 2 Before generating the report, you must list the employees in the input form Section 2, Form 57-T (chapter Reporting, certificates). The list of employees is available Fill automatically (Fig. 4), while the data for Rosstat will be displayed impersonally.

Without the user first filling out the input form Section 2, Form 57-T (Fig. 4) when automatically generating a report, employees in the table of Section 2 will be selected randomly.

Report Statistics: Form 57-T for October 2023 will be filled in automatically by clicking the button Fill(Fig. 2), according to Rosstat order No. 360. The green rows of the table can be Decipher (Fig. 2). If necessary, report fields can be edited manually.

Please note in Section 1 values ​​by row 01 V Table 1 must match the data in Form P-4.
