We touched the new Dongfeng SUV with a “floating” roof

In addition to the large premium crossover with the unusual name “ipai”, the Dongfeng company has rolled out the stylish Aeolus L7 model to the public. One of the features of this new product is the black pillars, which create the visual effect of the so-called “floating” roof.

The hybrid SUV, the likelihood of which will appear on the Russian market as high as the new premium model eπ 008, is also a fairly large car. Its body length is 4.67 m and its wheelbase is 2.78 m.

The interior of the SUV is made in defiance of the current fashion for sensorization and digitalization. It has a 10.25-inch screen instead of the instrument panel and a multimedia unit with a 14.6-inch display.

The basis of the 360-horsepower hybrid power unit of the new Aeolus L7 is a 1.5-liter turbo engine and a battery with a capacity of 30.31 kWh. Its energy is enough to travel on electric power up to 205 km, and the total range of the model is about 1,500 km.
