Singer Alsou apologized for the unfair victory of her daughter Mikella Abramova in the show “The Voice. Children” in 2019. The singer stated this in an interview on Natalia Podolskaya’s YouTube channel, Tengri Life reports.

“I want to publicly apologize… Yes, I want to publicly apologize to… You see, emotions… Everything is normal. I just want to find the right words so that people understand: this was not planned, no one expected this, no one wanted it. You have to be crazy to want everything what happened next. We all just love our children, we want to help them as much as we can… It was unfair, to say the least, and it was wrong on my part. Therefore, I want to apologize to Mikella and to everyone else, I would say. what has already happened the way it happened,” Alsou said.

The singer admitted that she “took advantage of her fame,” but admitted that she “didn’t calculate it.”

“At this moment you don’t think about anything, you just, like any mother, want to help your child. Just like other mothers on the project: some have 10 thousand subscribers, some 50, some “That’s 100. And everyone calls their relatives, everyone tells everyone: vote,” Alsou said.

She explained that she asked other stars to vote and encourage their fans to do so.

The artist called her daughter’s victory unfair to other participants in the show, since “other parents did not have two million subscribers.” The singer has previously admitted to buying votes for her daughter.

Let us remind you that Mikella Abramova won the sixth season of the television project “The Voice. Children” on Channel One. She received 56.5 percent of the vote. Her main rival was Kazakhstan’s Yerzhan Maxim, with 27.9 percent of viewers voting for him. The high result of the 10-year-old daughter Alsou, uncharacteristic of previous seasons, caused a wide public outcry.

Subsequently, Channel One canceled the results. The decision was made after the company Group-IB, involved in the investigation, identified the automated sending of SMS messages in favor of participant number 07, under which Abramova spoke.

According to Group-IB, Abramova thus received more than 38 thousand votes. The company estimated the cost of promotion at 2.28-3.04 million rubles.

At the end of May of the same year, a special episode of the show was released on Channel One, in which the channel’s general director Konstantin Ernst announced all the finalists of the sixth season, including his daughter Alsou, as winners.
