In a new interview with Metro magazine, American actor Johnny Depp spoke about his dissatisfaction with Hollywood, which, in his opinion, has become monotonous and boring.
According to the artist, modern film production in the United States has turned into a “bunch of accountants” who received “a shit ton of money” to make films.
Depp noted that he would not return to big-budget American cinema because he was tired of repeating “meaningless” actions. The actor stressed that he does not regret that Hollywood decided to get rid of him after the scandal with ex-wife Amber Heard.
“No one needs these people and they are well aware of this. They’re just accountants who were given the opportunity to make movies for a shit ton of money. Real people are sick of this,” said the 60-year-old actor.
