“The sea view is wonderful. Well, this is my appearance after three days of the detox program. I can even appear like that in front of you,” Alika said and honestly showed off her figure.

Smekhova takes her own appearance seriously, so she observes a number of restrictions. So, she has not eaten gluten-containing foods for more than 10 years.

Of course, a movie star cannot do without sports. She is a big fan of yoga, which she practices with a personal instructor. Alika also loves working out at home and recently bought a treadmill for her workouts.
