The supervisory agency checked the addresses: st. Revolutionary, 157, 157a, 159, 161; st. Myagi, 24, 26, 28. They were landscaped in 2019-2021. This was done as part of the implementation of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.

It was established that there are numerous inscriptions on the gaming complexes, including obscene content. Also, inscriptions were found on the benches, next to the gaming complexes. Parts of the wooden surface are broken, protruding with sharp edges, which can lead to injury.

In addition, the prosecutor’s office revealed the absence of paint on many complexes, destroyed wooden parts were found on some of them, which can cause injuries and splinters.

On the Gorka gaming complexes, the side face is poorly fixed, dangles, which can lead to its breakage and injury to children.

The supervisory authority emphasizes that the owner of the equipped playgrounds is the municipality, while the warranty period has not expired. The question remains why the sites are not being repaired within the framework of warranty obligations.

The contractors are Grand Deal LLC and MARCON LLC. At present, after the intervention of the prosecutor’s office and the submission of submissions, the violations have been eliminated in full.
