In Kaliningrad, a local resident threw boiling water at her neighbor in the hostel. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Two women collided in a shared kitchen. A verbal conflict arose between them, during which one poured boiling water from her glass over the other. The victim was diagnosed with a thermal burn to the torso. According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, her health was slightly harmed.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of minor harm to health”). The attacker faces up to two years in prison.
A similar situation occurred in 2020. The victim was hospitalized with burns to her face, neck and torso.
