A 37-year-old Orenburg resident picked up the bookmark near a residential building on Diagnostics Street.

Orenburg police officers detained a local resident who, during a search, was found to have prohibited substances; law enforcement officers noticed a suspicious man on Diagnostics Street.
The detainee admitted to the police that he had agreed to buy methadone with a person unknown to him using a messenger; after payment, the merchant sent him the coordinates of the cache with the bookmark. As soon as the man took the drugs, he was detained.
A criminal case has been initiated against the previously convicted person under the article “Illegal acquisition, possession of narcotic drugs”; he may be imprisoned for 10 years.
