November 21. Today, November 21, municipal universal cleaning and combined road machines are used to clear snow from the central streets of Magadan, as well as remote areas of the city. There are 33 units of GELUD equipment operating on the lines, the press service of the Magadan City Hall told MagadanMedia.
Motor graders cut the ramp and widen the roadway on Kolymskaya and Berzina.
Front-end loaders, snow loaders and dump trucks load and remove snow from the streets of Kolymskaya, Primorskaya, Berzin, Gagarin, and Kolymskoye Highway.
Flushing of storm sewers is planned for Portovaya, Gagarina, Proletarskaya, Magadanskoye Shosse, and in the area of Staraya Veselaya.
The Green Economy Plant’s equipment is currently working to clear snow from inter-block driveways, access roads to catering facilities of educational institutions, and container sites in Magadan. On Berzin, Gagarin, Sandor Shimich, Kolymskoye Highway, on Karl Marx Avenue and in Shkolny Lane, sidewalks are being widened and the ramps are being removed.
On Cosmonauts Square they began to form a snow slide, and a Christmas tree structure is being installed in the Snezhny recreation center.
In places inaccessible to mechanized cleaning, manual labor specialists remove ice, treat it with de-icing materials, and pick up garbage on stairs and waiting stops on Proletarskaya, Koltsevaya, Pervomaiskaya, and Kolymskoe highway streets.
Attention car enthusiasts! Today, it may be difficult for vehicles to pass on Kolymskaya, Primorskaya, and Berzina streets. Citizens are asked not to park personal vehicles on the route of public transport vehicles and not to interfere with the work of services.
