A woman from the Ulagansky district was fined for insulting a work colleague.
The district prosecutor conducted an investigation following a complaint from a local resident. It was established that the applicant’s phone received a text message from a work colleague containing crude obscene language. The foul-mouthed woman “got through” the personal qualities of the villager, humiliating her honor and dignity.
The check showed that the message was sent in one of the popular instant messengers. The quarrel between the women arose on the basis of personal hostility.
Having examined the case materials, the court sided with the offended woman. The villager who sent the message was given an administrative fine in the amount of 3 thousand rubles.
The resolution has not entered into legal force, the prosecutor’s office of the Altai Republic reported.
