About 820 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the Yaroslavl region

These are statistics for 10 months of the year. This was announced by the Governor of the Yaroslavl region, Mikhail Evraev.

“Our region is confidently among the top ten in the Central Federal District in terms of housing construction volumes,” wrote Mikhail Evraev in his channel in the Telegram messenger. – According to Rosstat, over 10 months, about 820 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the Yaroslavl region. Volume growth compared to last year was 112%. We have achieved more than 96% of the Ministry of Construction’s target values ​​for housing commissioning.

In total, this year it is planned to build and commission 857 thousand square meters of housing in the region. Last year this figure was 796 thousand square meters.

The top three municipalities currently include Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl district and Pereslavl-Zalessky.

As reported by the acting Minister of Construction of the Yaroslavl Region Alexander Balantsev, multi-apartment housing construction continues to show significant growth. It accounts for more than 380 thousand square meters. The area of ​​individual houses commissioned in January – October is over 430 thousand square meters.
