Authorities and state traffic inspectors are trying to convince drivers to be more careful on the roads, Logos44.ru became aware.

After the repair and transfer of the Kostroma-Sharya-Kirov-Perm highway to Rosavtodor, the traffic flow here has increased significantly. 80% of transport is in transit. Drivers do not know the terrain, often driving from afar, tired. The number of accidents on this highway is huge – it is considered the most dangerous in the region.

Signs and markings are currently insufficient to ensure the safety of road users. To remind drivers of responsibility while driving, additional sheriff’s beams, duplicate signs and flashing lights will be installed on the highway to attract attention. It is also planned to purchase another mobile system for recording traffic violations and install more speed cameras.
