Rescuers have all-terrain vehicles ready to work in winter, and each mobile post is equipped with equipment to help victims,” said Vladimir Volkov, head of the Moscow City Search and Rescue Service on water bodies. – Every day more than 70 people patrol water bodies and coastlines. They prevent people from going out on the ice, monitor fishing spots, winter swimming spots, and natural skating rinks. Ice thickness is measured every day.
