Although, as reported by law enforcement agencies, only part of the victims demanded compensation for harm.
“If no unforeseen circumstances occur during the process, and none of the participants in the process get sick, the court plans to consider the criminal case against the defendants by the end of this year,” a source told TASS.
According to him, Trepova was clearly aware of the danger of her actions at the time of the crime, in particular, she understood the scattering of fragments, and her hands were “stirring.” The agency’s interlocutor noted that the girl initially refused to sit next to military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky, who died in the explosion. Trepova still had to do this, although she moved a little away from the epicenter of the explosion, the source added.
Trepova herself, we recall, denies her guilt in terrorism and trafficking in explosive devices. At the first court hearing, she again stated that she did not know about the bomb planted as a gift for Tatarsky.
The court began considering the case of the November 15 terrorist attack. Now there are 84 victims passing through it. Their number decreased after 58-year-old Viktor Poliyektov died in an accident.
