In the new year, 57% of Omsk residents expect a salary increase, and another 39% expect stable operation of their organization. These are the results of a survey conducted by analysts of the SuperJob portal. A survey conducted among permanently working Omsk residents focused on their expectations for 2024. Thus, 24% of respondents expressed hope for achieving mutual understanding with management.
Another 20% of respondents are concerned about improving working conditions, and 18% hope for changes in the system of employee motivation. 11% lack recognition of their merits from their superiors, and 9% expect that the new year will finally give them a rest and the workload will decrease. In addition, Omsk residents lack good relationships with colleagues. 5% of respondents hope for an improvement in the microclimate in the team.
And only 8% of respondents admitted that they expect nothing from work next year. Interestingly, there is a relationship between expectations and the age of survey participants. Thus, the older the respondents were, the more requests they had for load reduction and stable employment. Young people mainly hope for salary increases, promotions and an improvement in the bonus system in the company.
