The house on Herzen-Kamyshinskaya is one of the oldest long-term construction projects in Tyumen. It began to be built in 2000, and was supposed to be completed in – 2002. The building was declared unsafe only in 2013. The Main Construction Department of the Tyumen Region planned to file a lawsuit for demolition, but residents were ahead of it. The townspeople filed their lawsuit in early December 2019 and won. The house was built with money from shareholders; they were given housing from the TDSC company in other districts of Tyumen: Plekhanovo and Komarovo.
We decided to see what the street would look like without long-term brick construction. We show what this section of the city will look like in exactly one year (if the new contractor meets the deadline).
