On November 22, the renovated Central Exhibition Hall of the Orenburg region on Volodarsky Street will open with an exhibition from the collection of the Moscow Museum named after Andrei Rublev.

The hall on Volodarsky, which is part of the Orenburg Regional Museum of Fine Arts, begins work after a large-scale overhaul. Governor Denis Pasler announced the opening on his Telegram channel. According to him, this is a very popular venue where hundreds of cultural events have taken place. First of all, artist exhibitions.

-Of course, renovation was required so that the hall would meet modern needs. And they do exist – Orenburg residents of different generations enjoy attending events. This applies to all cultural venues in the region, so we pay close attention to them,” noted Denis Pasler.

The governor recalled that since 2021, the House-Museum named after Yuri and Valentina Gagarin, the Sculpture Museum named after. Petinykh. They created the only house-museum of the Rostropovich family in Russia. A global reconstruction took place at the regional philharmonic society, now it is underway at the Aksakov museum-estate, and the Regional Museum of Fine Arts has undergone major renovations. In the near future – the satellite museum “Hermitage-Eurasia” and the Center for Contemporary Art.
