Due to the rush caused by Black Friday, Wildberries Tyumen employees are unable to cope with their work and are confusing customer orders. Readers who contacted the agency reported this to URA.RU.
“There was a long line at the checkpoint. The employee barely had time to issue the goods. At some point, a child came up and, after trying on the product, wanted to take it away, but the employee, in a rush, marked the product as a return. When the teenager became indignant, the employee said that he had already registered the package for refusal and could no longer pick it up. Everyone in line began to defend the boy, and the manager lost his temper and said that it was all because of the “stupid” Black Friday,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
Then, according to the Tyumen woman, two more employees came to the manager’s aid. But the line still moved slowly, because people took the goods in boxes, which they then opened and double-checked.
The agency sent a request to Wildberries. A response is awaited.
