Rosselkhoznadzor discovered a phantom enterprise in the Novgorod region – GPVN.RU

As reported to the online publication “General Plan Veliky Novgorod” in the North-Western Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor, the monitoring group established that 118 tons were received from the Stavropol Territory from the Delta farm to the Moscow company Staks LLC to the production site registered in Veliky Novgorod butter.

Products allegedly produced from it by the enterprise, namely ghee in the amount of 100 tons, were sent to a business entity in the Ivanovo region for the purpose of sale.

The attention of government inspectors was attracted by the fact that, according to documents, the products were delivered from the Stavropol region to the Novgorod region in a few minutes.

During the on-site inspection, Rosselkhoznadzor employees discovered that at the address of the production site in Veliky Novgorod, indicated in the Mercury system by the Stax company, there is a metal warehouse.

As a result, the Staks LLC site was excluded from the register of supervised objects of the FSIS VetIS, and the registration of users in the Mercury system was canceled.

Information on the identified facts was sent to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novgorod region and to the regional departments of Rosselkhoznadzor.
