More than a thousand Ulyanovsk residents purchased rehabilitation equipment using an electronic certificate

Thanks to it, recipients can independently choose the necessary equipment for rehabilitation and pay for the purchase with previously reserved funds. Since the beginning of this year, the branch of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) in the Ulyanovsk region has allocated over 111 million rubles for this support measure.

An electronic certificate is an entry in the register that is linked to a bank card of the Mir payment system. At the same time, funds are not transferred to the card, but are reserved in the Federal Treasury before making a purchase. If the certificate does not fully cover the cost of the goods, the recipient can pay extra for it himself.

According to the regional branch of the SFR, Ulyanovsk residents most often use an electronic certificate to purchase absorbent underwear, diapers, canes, chairs and wheelchairs.

To obtain a certificate, you must submit an application through the State Services portal, or contact the client services of the SFR or MFC. A prerequisite for receiving such assistance is the presence of a “World” card. The decision to provide support measures comes within 10 working days from the date of submission of the application.

You can purchase a technical rehabilitation device using an electronic certificate online on the Ozone website. To do this, you need to select a product under which it says “Social Certificate”.
