KBHA again put up for auction a land plot with railway tracks in Voronezh for 1.3 million rubles

The Chemical Automatics Design Bureau (KBHA) will again try to sell its land plot with an area of ​​605 sq. m. through auction. The amount has not changed, and it will be slightly less than 1.3 million rubles. The site is a vacant lot with railway access tracks running through it. Applications are accepted until November 27.

As for the previous auctions, no one showed up for them. Now, like last time, it is planned that they will be held in the form of an open auction to increase the price.
