In the Orenburg region, applications for participation in the regional media award in the field of youth policy “Median” have started. The purpose of the competition is to identify, encourage, improve the level of competencies and support young people from 14 to 35 years old living in the Orenburg region, including representatives of the professional community in the field of media, young specialists in the field of youth policy in the region who promote youth projects, events and meanings.

Both professionals and amateurs can participate, both collectively and individually. Individual nominations: “Personal blog”, “Graphic design”, “Photo report”, “Art photography”, “Youth community on social networks“, “Youth Policy Community on Social Media“, “Promotional video”, “Publication”. Each individual participant or team can participate in only one nomination.

Collective nominations: “Video report”, “Promo clip“, “Publication“, “Youth community on social networks“, “Youth Policy Community on Social Media”

The competition will be held in five stages: “Acceptance of applications” until November 27 inclusive; “Processing of applications” from November 28 to 30; “Competitive testing stage” from December 1 to 5, “Jury Evaluation” from December 1 to 7, “Award Ceremony” on December 11 at the final regional youth forum “My Orenburg Region” in Orenburg at the Cultural Center “Pole of Mars”. A special program will be held for the best participants at the final forum on December 10.

The winners of the Competition who took 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in individual and collective categories will be awarded diplomas, souvenirs and awards and will be included in the personnel reserve of the regional agency for youth programs and projects.

The event is held by the Youth Policy Department jointly with the regional agency for youth programs and projects as part of the implementation of the program for the comprehensive development of youth policy in the Orenburg region “Orenburg Region – a region for the young.”
