Seasonal road repairs have begun in Orenburg

In Orenburg, with the onset of favorable weather, road workers began routine repairs of main highways, including within the framework of the national project “Safe Quality Roads.”

On April 23, specialist contractors are milling worn-out asphalt concrete pavement on Burzyantseva Street. Work is being carried out on the section from Kirova Street to Maxim Gorky Street, the Orenburg City Hall reported.

On Kirov street from st. Krasnoznamennaya to st. Chicherin specialists are dismantling the side stone and sidewalk.

The mayor’s office notes that the road work that began last season will be continued on Tereshkova Street (from 8 March Street to Orskaya Street and from Shevchenko Street to 8 March Street), an alternate route to Dzerzhinsky Avenue (from Berezka Street to . Salmyshskaya). The street will be completely renovated. 10 Line (from 15 Line St. to Promyslovoy Passage).

Road work is also planned on the streets of Luganskaya, Pushkinskaya (from 8 March Street to Burzyantseva Street), Aviatsionnaya, Donguzskaya, Sergei Lazo, Proletarskaya (from Pushkinskaya Street to Pravdy Street) and others.

Specialists will update the surface as part of the national project, and also install traffic lights, road signs and markings.
