An interregional event took place in Moscow – a concert “The Main Holiday of Russia”. She opened the All-Russian Festival “For Peace!” Schools from more than 10 regions of the country, including Ryazan, took part in the event.
The patriotic action was joined by residents of Ryazan – pupils of the school military-patriotic association “Cadet Airborne Brotherhood”, activists of the school Museum of “Combat Glory of the 6th Company of the RVVDKU” and the school patriotic historical and literary theater “Living Memory” of the MBOU “School No. 58” in the city of Ryazan. School museums of educational organizations participating in the event are united by the common goal of preserving memory and educating the younger generation on the principles of honor, duty, love and service to Great Russia.
The guests of the holiday were representatives of the Councils of War Veterans, Labor Veterans, Law Enforcement Agencies and Veterans of Teaching Work of the City of Moscow. The Ryazan region presented them with the experience of military-patriotic educational practice in the region. The Ryazan cadet choir of school No. 58 performed for all participants, a cadet waltz and a parade concert were performed. As reported on the website of the Ryazan administration, school No. 58 also joined the interregional project “Young Patriots of Russia”.
The bright ceremonial finale of the event was the signing of agreements on joint cooperation in the field of military-patriotic, civil-patriotic education and museum affairs of school No. 58 in the city of Ryazan with three schools – partners of the All-Russian long-term development program “School Museum of Victory”: school No. 158 of the city of Moscow, school No. 201 of the city of Moscow and school No. 58 of the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg.
