The Arbitration Court of the Oryol Region, at the request of the bankruptcy trustee of Spetsstroy-Montazh LLC, brought the former general director of this company, Andrei Parfenenko, to subsidiary liability.

The amount of debts of the LLC for which its director must answer is 76.8 million rubles.

“Spetsstroy-Montazh” is known to the Orel public primarily because this company worked on several facilities in Orel, which were repaired and built for the 450th anniversary of Orel with federal budget funds allocated to our city for this occasion. In particular, it was Spetsstroy-Montazh that built the perinatal center, the ice skating rink in the Zarechensky microdistrict, and reconstructed the Free Space theater and the Central Stadium. In addition, the company received several large road contracts. Therefore, in the Oryol media they called her the “anniversary” contractor.

In January 2017, based on operational materials from the FSB Directorate for the Oryol Region, a criminal case was opened against Andrei Parfenenko for the legalization (laundering) of funds or other property acquired by a person as a result of committing a crime. However, first the district and then the regional court acquitted Mr. Parfenenko, finding him not guilty.

In April 2018, the company was declared bankrupt.
