In Tula, the heat will reach record levels in April

In Tula, the weather in April will break new temperature records. This was announced by the head of the Meteo forecasting center, Alexander Shuvalov. He noted that absolute records for monthly temperatures will definitely be set in Rostov-on-Don and Voronezh. The warmth there has already surpassed all previous achievements by more than one degree.

“These leaders of the record race will most likely be joined by Tula, Ryazan, Kursk, Krasnodar. So far, the average temperature there is either close to or slightly higher than the record level, but in the remaining days, I note, very warm weather will undoubtedly overcome it,” Shuvalov noted.

The situation in Moscow is still ambiguous, and St. Petersburg should not hope for record warmth. Shuvalov also warned of a possible drought in the south due to a lack of precipitation and high temperatures.
