The spring conscription started in the region on April 1. And within two weeks, a conscript who does not have a deferment must report to the military registration and enlistment office himself. Conscription into military service includes a medical examination and passing a draft board. Then they are sent to the assembly point of the regional military registration and enlistment office.

Before departure, conscripts receive electronic cards, an analogue of a military ID, military uniform and food. The spring call ends on July 15.
