In the Dzhidinsky district, a district administration employee was punished for delaying the provision of public services. The prosecutor’s office revealed violations during an inspection of the work of the committee on urban planning, property, land relations and ecology.

As the supervisory department clarified, when considering applications from a village resident for preliminary approval of the provision of plots, the committee repeatedly violated the deadlines for responding to the applicant. Because of this, the head of the district received a prosecutor’s representation.

For violations, a case was opened against the head of the committee under Part 4 of Art. 5.63 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court decided to fine him 12 thousand rubles. The decision came into force.
