Voronezh and Rostov, according to weather forecaster Alexander Shuvalov, should set absolute records for monthly temperatures in April. The specialist spoke about this this morning in his telegram channel.

“As of yesterday, the excess over previous achievements was more than one degree,” Shuvalov noted.

Temperatures close to or above normal are recorded this month in Tula, Ryazan, Kursk, and Krasnodar. So these cities will also be included in the April “rating” of regions with the highest temperatures.

However, such a sharp warming, especially against the backdrop of a lack of precipitation in April, could result in drought in the south of the country, Shuvalov notes.

In Voronezh this week the temperature is expected to reach +25 degrees. At the same time, starting Thursday, rain is predicted in the city, and in some places throughout the region.
