The third Ozon logistics center will open for 5 billion rubles in the Voronezh region

The third distribution center for goods from the Ozon marketplace will open near Voronezh, as reported by the region’s Minister of Entrepreneurship Sergei Korchevnikov to the Abireg publication. The volume of investment in this project will be 5 billion rubles. The logistics center should appear in the first quarter of next year.

In November last year, the Ozon marketplace launched the first phase of a large logistics center in the village of Aleksandrovka, Novousmansky district. It works in the “fulfillment” format, that is, the full cycle of order processing, from receiving goods to the formation of parcels. It was reported that logistics center employees must process up to 282 thousand orders every day.

Then investments in infrastructure and equipment amounted to 3.4 billion rubles.
