Last night was cold in the Leningrad region, Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos center, said on April 24 in his Telegram channel.

“In St. Petersburg, the minimum was plus 1.5 degrees, and in most parts of the region there were frosts: the coldest – minus 2.4 degrees – was in Volosovo,” he noted.

It was previously reported that unstable weather with precipitation in the form of snow and rain is expected in the Leningrad region on April 24. The air temperature at night will be minus 3 – plus 2 degrees, during the day it will warm up to plus 4-9 degrees.

The wind will predominantly be from the south and will blow at a speed of 3-10 meters per second.
