Elevators in a number of buildings were turned off due to a change in service organization

There was a problem with elevators in a number of apartment buildings in Severomorsk. They were disabled due to a change in the organization responsible for their maintenance.

Law enforcement agencies need to check the situation with elevators, said the governor of the Murmansk region, Andrei Chibis, during a meeting of the regional government in Severomorsk. He called the damage to common property the subject of criminal proceedings.

Regarding the illegal shutdown of elevators, relevant statements have been sent to law enforcement agencies.

The work on launching elevators is carried out under the control of the Ministry of State Housing and Construction Supervision of the Murmansk Region. It is noted that the new contractor has already resumed operation of elevators in a number of apartment buildings.
