The Housing Policy Committee of the Tomsk City Hall, together with representatives of the Oktyabrsky district administration, are accepting apartments intended for resettlers from dilapidated and dilapidated housing. The press service of the city administration clarified that to date, 260 residential premises have been prepared for occupancy in one of the new buildings on Fedorovsky Street.

“We check everything from electrical wiring to doorbells.” Everything should be of high quality and convenient. We will try to maintain the pace of resettlement, because people are really looking forward to moving, – said the chairman of the housing policy committee Tatyana Borovskikh.

Two multi-storey buildings, built specifically for these purposes in the 8th microdistrict of Solnechnaya Dolina, were designed and built as part of the implementation of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. The customer of the work was the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Tomsk Region.
