Regional forum “PRO-defense” was held in Rostov

Rostov region, April 23, 2024. DON24.RU. Today the regional forum “PRO-Defense” was held in Rostov. It was held as part of the second stage of the international competition of social projects in the field of health conservation “Common Cause-PRO. Projects. Development. Society”. “The teams have proven that under the guidance of experienced mentors and with the methodological support of the competition organizers, it is possible to implement interesting, complex and useful projects, including at the federal level. Teenagers and young people are involved in positive social activity, lead and popularize a healthy lifestyle, thereby setting a positive example for their peers,” the source quotes the head of the service for ensuring the activities of the region’s anti-drug commission, Alexey Chvanov.

This competition is a project of the All-Russian public organization “Common Cause”. Its goal is to develop volunteerism in the field of health conservation. The projects presented by the children are implemented using the “peer to peer” method.

This year, 15 teams successfully completed the second stage of the competition. Participants held more than 300 events, which were attended by more than 3,500 people.
