The accident occurred on April 23 on Abasheva Street in Bryansk. According to preliminary information, a 30-year-old woman driving a Kia hit a 14-year-old cyclist while turning left.
At the time of the collision, the teenager was driving along an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of the accident, the cyclist suffered a fracture of the tibia. Doctors examined the victim and sent him home with treatment prescribed.
The motorist was sober. When checking on the “Web”, over two months, 419 passages were recorded and two administrative materials were compiled for violating the rules for using external lighting devices and telephones.
