In Novosibirsk, a tax official accused of bribery was arrested for two months

On April 24, the Kirov District Court of Novosibirsk chose a preventive measure for the deputy head of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 19, Rasif Vagif ogly Ibragimli, on charges of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale. This was reported by the press service of the Judicial Department in the Novosibirsk region.

Let us remind you that the acting head of the desk inspection department was detained the day before by officers of the regional FSB Directorate.

According to investigators, a tax employee agreed with a representative of a commercial company for a bribe of 12 million rubles for falsifying the results of an audit. Of the specified amount, he managed to receive 5 million rubles through an intermediary, after which he was detained.

On Wednesday, the court arrested Ibrahimli until June 21, 2024.

“The resolution has not entered into legal force,” the department’s press service clarified.

According to the AiF-Novosibirsk portal, the defendant did not admit his guilt.

Earlier, BFM-Novosibirsk wrote that a court in Novosibirsk overturned an acquittal in the case of the murder of a teenager on the beach.
