The state corporation DOM.RF plans to sell a large plot of land in the Leninsky district of Saratov. It is indicated that it is located on 2nd Trofimovsky Street. Judging by the map, it is located near the Tekhsteklo railway station.
The area of the plot is 1 hectare. The type of permitted use is “emergency prevention authorities, road safety inspections.” However, the seller believes that the site is suitable for placing industrial facilities, a “rental business” or a small auto center.
A non-residential building with an area of 1.3 thousand square meters will also be sold along with the plot.
The price of the property has not yet been determined. It is going to be put up for sale in the third quarter of 2024.
