In Kurgan, labor teams continue to work as part of the “I Love Kurgan!” campaign. The next shift started on April 17. More than 100 young people from 16 schools in the city took part in it.
The guys go out to social facilities and put their beloved city in order.
On the first day of the shift, participants from the “Special Purpose Detachment” of school No. 9 worked on the territory of the Church of the Port Arthur Icon of the Mother of God: they cleared all the flower beds of last year’s plants. And literally in a few months, the temple’s parishioners will be delighted by the blooming garden with its beauty and fragrance. The labor detachment “Fortress” from school No. 5 came together to fight the disorder on the school grounds: the guys collected garbage, leaves, and cleaned the monument to the Young Guard. Through joint efforts, in a couple of hours the school grounds were transformed and “freshened up.”
On April 19, labor teams organized an environmental cleanup day – they cleaned the dance floor in the center of the City Garden named after A. Nevsky. They collected garbage, branches and fallen leaves from last year. The participants were 25 people from Kurgan schools No. 9, 11, 59.
On April 23, children from school No. 9 held an environmental cleanup day on the territory of the camp named after. Koli Myagotina. Schoolchildren cleared the camp area of last year’s fallen leaves and swept the main alley.
