On April 24, the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg in the final, second reading approved the draft federal initiative to include the city in the experiment on the implementation of an automated simplified taxation system (AUST).

The experimental innovation is intended for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, and will allow them to almost completely automate the preparation and sending of tax reporting.

AUSN will be available to entrepreneurs with an annual turnover of up to 60 million rubles and an average number of employees of no more than 5 people.

The experiment will be carried out until the end of 2027. AUSN is now already operating in four regions, including Moscow and the Moscow region.
