As part of the current “Year of the Family”, the Novgorod sports school “Manege” held a fun competition “Race in Sliders”. The families of the youngest of all possible athletes acted as coaches.
“Many came with grandparents, there were twins and large families“, – they said in the Manege, – “The youngest participant was barely 6 months old, and one athlete fell asleep without waiting for the award“.
The main result of the event was a positive atmosphere.
Let us add that this is not the first time that the “Runner Race” has taken place in Veliky Novgorod. This year, 27 children took the starting line.
Those who can only crawl had to overcome 6 meters. For those who have already learned to walk – 10. While covering the distance, parents should not touch their children with their hands. But you can be lured. Or show you how to do it.
