According to responsible officials, the beach area will be ready by the end of summer. Vyacheslav Volodin noted that the main thing is to set realistic deadlines and maintain quality. He emphasized that it is planned to complete the project – to improve the area from the bridge to Zaton – next year. Another 3 billion rubles are needed for this. After the work is completed, the embankment will be extended to Zaton.

“We also need to think about the Zavodskoy district. Work on the project should always go several steps forward, so that when the opportunity to implement the project opens, it is ready. Then, having completed here, we can switch to the Zavodskoy district,” Volodin said .

He noted that accessible, well-maintained embankments and recreational facilities should be in all cities: in Saratov, and in Engels, and in Marks, and in Volsk, and in Balakovo, and in Khvalynsk, and in Voskresensk.
