In Kursk, Vladimir Rusanov was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation

The director of the regional House of Folk Art, Vladimir Rusanov, was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Vladimir Rusanov has been working in the field of culture for more than 32 years, and since 2019 he has been heading the Kursk Regional House of Folk Art. It was under his leadership that the Kursk ODNT was recognized as the best in the category “Educational and methodological activities” of the regional stage of the All-Russian review-competition for the title “Best House (Center) of Folk Art of the Russian Federation 2021.”
