During the “Clean Glass” operation carried out in Kaluga, the traffic police issued 48 administrative protocols to motorists for glass whose light transmission did not meet the requirements of technical regulations. Another 27 protocols were drawn up during Operation Attention, Pedestrian! It was carried out simultaneously with Operation Clean Glass. Moreover, 25 protocols were drawn up for pedestrian violators and only two for motorists who did not give way to pedestrians.
