In Bryansk, management companies were reminded of the need to fulfill their obligation to maintain container sites. The State Housing Inspectorate contacted the utility workers.
Previously, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation decided that work on the maintenance of waste accumulation sites refers to work on the maintenance of the common property of an apartment building, which must be performed by organizations managing such buildings.
The responsibility of public utilities is reflected in the structure of fees for residential premises and utilities. The Bryansk city administration especially emphasized that it is the management company and the homeowners association that are obliged to ensure the cleaning of garbage sites, even if they are organized on municipal land.
The mayor’s office also reminded that on April 27 the city will host an All-Russian cleanup day. All organizations and enterprises, management companies and residents were called upon to restore order in Bryansk together!
