TOMSK, April 24 – RIA Tomsk. Thermometers will not rise above plus 2 degrees on Wednesday afternoon in Tomsk; Precipitation in the form of snow and rain is possible in the region, according to the website of the regional hydrometeorological center.
“In Tomsk (on Wednesday) cloudy with clearings. No significant precipitation. North wind 2-7 meters per second, gusts up to 14 meters per second in places… Temperature during the day is zero – plus 2 degrees,” the message says.
Light precipitation in the form of snow and rain is expected in some places in the region, and ice and frost in some areas. Daytime temperatures can vary from minus 2 to plus 3 degrees.
