Chairman of the North-West Bank of Sberbank Dmitry Sukhoverkhov and Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrey Chibis held their first working meeting

The first working meeting of the Chairman of the North-West Bank of Sberbank took place in Murmansk Dmitry Sukhoverkhova and Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis.

The leaders reviewed issues of interaction and promising areas of cooperation, including Sber joining the project “Unified Card for Residents of the Murmansk Region.” They also discussed comprehensive solutions offered by the bank and Sber’s partners in the field of security and medicine, and cooperation on digital transformation.

Particular attention was paid to the creation in the region of “School-21” in the format of a small Arctic campus, an educational project from Sber, which helps to obtain a sought-after profession in the IT field for free.

– We are interested in further strengthening cooperation with the region. Our key task is to resolve financial issues of the population, business and government of the region. In addition, we are ready to invest in infrastructure projects, including through PPP. The regional government pays special attention to the implementation of innovations – it is no coincidence that last year the Murmansk region entered the top ten best territories in the country for the digital transformation of urban management. We are ready to be partners in this direction. Sureour joint efforts will lead to an improvement in the quality of life of people and an increase in the tourist attractiveness of the Kola Arctic.
