A 44-year-old VAZ driver was injured in a massive road accident in the Kursk region

In the Sovetsky district of the Kursk region, on April 23 at approximately 23:00, an accident occurred on the 112th kilometer of the Kursk – Borisoglebsk highway.

According to preliminary data, a 44-year-old driver of a VAZ-21074 car, driving from Voronezh in the direction of Kursk, ran into a stationary GAZ-2834 car, which had previously been driven by a 21-year-old driver. After which the GAZ drove into a Volkswagen Passat car in front, which had previously been driven by a 31-year-old driver. As a result of the accident, the driver of the VAZ was injured and was taken to the hospital.

An investigation into the accident is underway, and the police are clarifying the circumstances of the incident. The actions of those involved in the accident will be given a legal assessment.
