Voronezh deputy Roman Zhogov will find a new source of income and stop making money from politics

Voronezh. 04/24/2024. ABIREG.RU – Roman Zhogov confirmed the information that at the last meeting of the City Duma it was decided to deprive him of the status of a deputy working on a permanent basis. The head of the local United Russia faction resigned from this position.

The decision to write a statement is due to the fact that due to legal proceedings and court restrictions, Zhogov could not attend Duma meetings for a long time, since a number of deputies were interviewed as part of the case under consideration. In this regard, he was previously forced to write applications for leave without pay. At the same time, the status of a municipal employee did not allow me to get another job. Then Mr. Zhogov decided to resign from the municipal service in order to be able to get another job and support his family. He retained his status as a City Duma deputy.

We managed to get through to Roman Vladimirovich and find out the circumstances of the dismissal. According to Mr. Zhogov, this decision was long overdue and nothing extraordinary happened. We will soon find out where he will continue his career. However, what is known for sure is that the place of work will in no way be connected with the construction sector, political technology competencies, and especially elections.

“Let’s not speculate and make all sorts of versions. As soon as I officially find a job, I will definitely inform you about it,” Mr. Zhogov told Abiregu.
