Police detained the kidnappers of a SVO member from the Kaluga region

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs published a video of the arrest of a criminal gang that committed the daring kidnapping of a SVO member from Obninsk.

As previously reported “Kaluga News”, in February 2024, a gang of six people ambushed the victim at his home in Obninsk. The attackers attacked him, beat him and threw him into the trunk of his own car, and then drove off.

The kidnapped SVO member managed to free himself and contact the police, and the attackers fled to the Moscow region. On April 1, they were detained. A criminal case has been opened and all suspects have been taken into custody.
